We collect only what we need to deliver the service: account data (name, email, role), clinic data (practice name, address), patient data entered by clinical staff, and basic usage analytics to improve the product.

We use your data to operate, secure, and improve Ema Health, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use patient records for advertising.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored in secured EU-based data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized staff under confidentiality obligations.
