We are currently preparing a formal Terms of Service document with legal counsel. Until publication, use of this website is informational, and use of the Ema Health software is governed by an individual agreement signed with each clinic.
Scope
These Terms cover use of the marketing site at ema.health and the Ema Health software hosted under the same domain. Patient data is processed solely under the agreement with the clinic (as data controller) and our Privacy Policy.
