Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 1 full month, all features included. We collect a payment method up front so the service continues seamlessly after the trial, and we email you a reminder 3 days before billing starts. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between PRO and PRO AI?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. Pro-rated charges apply for the rest of the period.
Who handles my payment?
Paddle, an Irish company, processes payments and acts as the Merchant of Record. They issue your invoice (with VAT), handle taxes, and process refunds. Your card or bank statement will reference Paddle.
Can I migrate from another system?
Yes. Our team handles migration of patients, treatments, and price lists. Reach out via the demo form for a migration plan.
